Ab Ripper X
Ab Ripper X is a session from P90X’s training regiment. The entire session takes about 16 minutes with a total of 349 core/ab exercises. Below is a list of the exercises and links to youtube videos of me doing the exercises. The core is critical to Ballet and dancing, and it’s important to incorporate core exercises into your weekly schedule.
All exercises are 25 reps each except for Mason Twist which is 50.

Hi Bonnie, I met you today at the ProClub, the guy asking about ab exercises. Took a look at the ab ripper video, and going to give them a try tonight. You’re definitely a hero when it comes to getting into the ballet – quite a tough, but rewarding road ahead. Congratulations on your 1 year anniversary.
