Weight Game
Almost everywhere I look there’s some article or discussion about weight. Weight is an issue that many people struggle with. In the past, I’d eat whatever I wanted – McDonald’s Big Mac Meal Super Sized + 6 nuggets thank you!!
When I started dancing I wanted to bring my weight down from 102 to a lean mean fighting machine of 90, so I started counting calories and trying to snack more. I ate around 900 – 1k calories per day.
I’ve brought my weight down, but if you love food, I do not recommend going down this path. I know all the calories of the food I eat so I can’t eat as happily as before. It’s just no fun if you’re worried about food. For a period of time, I struggled with this. Stress from work really exacerbated the problem.
Now that work stress has gone down, I don’t have that issue and am much happier. Nonetheless my advice is to just dance and not worry about your weight!
